COVID-19 Announcement

LAST UPDATE: Thursday, March 19, 2020 - 1:00 PM

Thank you for visiting our website. Our team remains dedicated to providing outstanding wedding ceremony services for couples wishing to get married. Due to the current global pandemic, South Jersey Officiants, like all other wedding vendors, have been forced to take drastic measures. These temporary policies are necessary for the continued protection of our officiants, families, clients, and your wedding guests.

Regular updates will be posted to this page as necessary. Our temporary policies are fluid and may change at any time. These decisions will be in the appropriate response to the world around us, along with the guidance of the CDC, the State of New Jersey, and our local/national health professionals.

EXISTING WEDDING CLIENTS: At this time, all events scheduled to take place on or before 4/10/2020 have successfully been postponed. As of this update, we are not requiring events scheduled between 4/11/2020 and 4/30/2020 to postpone. That said, we do encourage that you consider rescheduling for the safety of your friends and families.

Please also be advised that South Jersey Officiants are waiving rescheduling fees. All fees paid will be applied to your new date. The six-month reschedule limitation will also be waived for all impacted clients.

NEW CLIENTS: All local government offices have been ordered to close. This closure is likely to stay in place through the end of March. This means that it will be nearly impossible to apply for or obtain a marriage license during this time. For this reason, and in order to limit exposure, South Jersey Officiants is not booking any new events on or before April 20th.

We are hunkered down just like you. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions that you may have. We're here to help and we remain commited to making your day the best that it can be. Together, we'll get through this.

Stay home. Stay Safe.
